Each year Cobalt provides diagnostic imaging for over 150,000 patients from imaging centres in Cheltenham and Birmingham and community diagnostic centres in Gloucester and Dudley, as well as offering mobile and relocatable MRI, CT and PET/CT scanners that support NHS hospitals and other medical facilities across the UK. In addition, Cobalt directly funds specialist nursing roles within the local healthcare community, including Teenage and Young Adult Cancer Nurses and Breast Cancer Research Nurses. These highly skilled professionals provide vital clinical expertise, patient support, and research coordination, helping to improve the quality of care and the patient experience across the region.
Anna’s Story
